Api Triggered Campaigns

Tellody can trigger Campaigns from API calls. To set-up your Api Triggered Campaign go through the following steps:

Set-up an Api Triggered Campaign

1. Navigate to Campaigns Page

2. Click the Event SMS Campaign tile OR the Event Email Campaign tile

3. Set-up the message information (SMS or Email), fill in the Campaign Name and the from tile.

4. Choose your external contact event. From External Contact Events choose API Event and click the button Use an API call to trigger this campaign

5. Set-up and complete your message

6. Press the create button and your Api Triggered Campaign is active!
