Generic Questions

I forgot my password

  • If you can not log in to your account because you forgot your password, all you have to do is click on 'I forgot it!' at the login page of Tellody. Then, you will be asked to enter your e-mail so that we can verify you. An e-mail will be sent to the address that you added, and you will be asked to update your password. This will be your new password and you can login with it.
    Note: You have to be a user of Tellody, in order to receive an e-mail. Otherwise you won't be verified. You are always welcome to create a free account just by signing up.

My contacts page is empty

  • If you are a new user, your contacts page is going to be empty. All you have to do is add contacts to your contacts list. To find out how, search for 'Import Contacts'.

I have logged in successfully but i can't see all Tellody pages.

  • Check if you have browser add-ons that blocks content. If yes, please disable them.

Can I test Tellody prior to buy any package?

How much does Tellody cost?

Is 1 credit equal to 1 SMS?

Contacts Questions

How I can import my Outlook contacts?

  • Very easily. Extract the contacts from your favorite email program (e.g. Outlook, Google, Yahoo etc.) and import them by dropping the contacts file anywhere at the Contacts Page of Tellody.

Can I group my contacts?

  • Yes! You may create as many groups are desired. Each group can created from multiple criteria: location, email company etc.

Coupons - cards Questions

I want to create many coupons.

  • Go to the Services page, click on a voucher type service, edit and create it.

Reports Questions

Can i have an overview of my account?

  • Once you login to Tellody, you have a full look of everything at your home page (dashboard). Just click any tile for more specific information. Besides you can always click the tab "Analytics".

All reports, display zero values.

  • You have to create a Campaign. Your campaign must run first to get you the right results. If it is planned, you will not have any results until it starts.

How can i know if the emails i sent were delivered?

  • You can click on the campaign you sent at the Campaigns page and check in every contact the 'rocket' icon. If it is green the message is sent, if it is red the message failed.

Mobile App Questions

Do redeemers have to register to use the mobile app?

  • No , they have to download the app and use the special AppKey to login. Go to your profile (click on your name) and select Manage Redeemers. There is a list of keys, please communicate the appropriate key to the right partner.

I cannot scan the code from the mobile App.

  • Please keep pointed the handset toward the displayed QR code for 1-2 secs. The relevant window of the app helps that. This will give time to the App to focus and identify the code.

My camera doesn't open to scan a code.

  • Please keep in mind that you have to allow the access to your camera so that the app can use it to scan your code.

I can't login to the mobile app.

  • Usage of the mobile app needs either WiFi either data connection (2G/3G/4G). Make sure it is on (Your carrier may charge this data connection).

Events - Events templates Questions

I am organizing a big corporate event. Can I send invitations to my customers?

  • Yes! Just got to the Services page and begin creating your event! After you create it all you have to do is go to the Campaigns page, choose a way to send your invitation (SMS or Email), choose your contacts and your service and send your campaign.

Can I have feedback for the event I have created?

  • Of course! After clicking on the event you have created at the Services page you can watch its full detailed report.

Can I send admission for an event?

  • Yes! The approach is the same as vouchers, specially adapted to the case! Go to Services page, Select Event Admission.

Can I send a "Thank you" message, to the customers who attended the event sent earlier?

  • Since it is good to be kind we have created a relevant feature! Go to Services page, Select Event registration and edit the 'Post-entry' page.

Files Questions

Can I upload files?

I dropped a file but nothing happened.

  • Did you login first? Any file type is allowed.

I have uploaded a file and I accidentally deleted it from my computer.

  • No problem. The file is still in Tellody! Click it and download it!
