File Upload
Upload your files to Tellody
- Sent files to your contacts (as links)
- Customize your services (e.g. upload an image file to use it as a Theme)
Note: Maximum allowed size per file is 5MB
Files Page
The Files page is the reference point to manage your Tellody files
Search/View/Download/Delete
- Navigate to Files page
You can use thesearch barto search by file name - Click on a file
tile
and you will get details about the specific file; whether it is used for services or campaigns. Furthermore you can download the file by clicking on theExportbutton
- If the file has not been used in any campaign/service then you are enabled to delete it; click the
Deletebutton
You are not allowed to delete a file once it has been used in campaigns and/or services
Upload
You can either drop your files anywhere in the page

or, if you want to select a file from your computer, click the Click for help button

this will get you some info about files,

and click the Add file button at the bottom.

Navigate to the Files page
Themes
When you are configuring your Services you can easily upload files on the fly; just drag and drop your file(s) anywhere in the Select Theme window

Uploaded files will be visible through the Your Files tab Select Theme window and in the Files page

Email Editor
You have the option to upload images on-the-fly during the edit of an Email
Rich Text Editor
At the Email configuration page, click on the Rich Text Editor tile

A bunch of interesting options can be found on the Rich Text Editor taskbar

Click the Image Browser button

This will open the image browser and will provide access to your files

Choose an image and it will be automatically inserted to the main body of your Email
Drag & Drop Editor
At the email configuration page, click on the Drag & Drop Editor tile,

You can either
- Drag and drop an image in a block

- or you can navigate to the image gallery by clicking to the
Show image gallerybutton in the top menu
and click or drag and drop you image there
