Privacy Policy is meant to help your customers understand what personal data you collect and how you are going to use it through specific Tellody Services.

Tellody Services such as Opt-in, Quiz, Event Registration, Instant Win and Sweepstake requires customers to check in the privacy policy box.

A privacy policy is a statement or a legal document that discloses some or all of the ways a party gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a customer or client's data. It fulfills a legal requirement to protect a customer or client's privacy( Personal information can be anything that can be used to identify an individual).

You can either notify and use your own Privacy Policy Statement or you can use the one Tellody provides by default.

Upload your company's Privacy Policy Notice

• Go to your profile page.
• Fill in the privacy policy link with a valid url.
  
  

So every time your customers check the privacy policy box in one of the above services they will agree with your company's terms in protecting their personal data.

Use Tellody's Privacy Policy Statement

Your customers will agree with Tellody Privacy Policy Statement every time they check the Privacy Policy box of the specific Tellody Services unless you notify your own.
